"Easy to use and worth the price"
I found what I needed quickly and didn’t have to deal with any hassle. I’m usually careful about prices, so I appreciated being able to compare things easily and feel like I was getting a fair deal.

"Nice gift picks, a little pricey"
Sent my dad a gift box from Pistachioland and he was happy with it. They had a decent mix of pistachio items and snacks, so picking one was easy.
I’m giving 4 stars because a few options felt a bit expensive once shipping was added. Still, it showed up fine and looked gift-worthy

"The chocolate was fine, just not my favorite"
I tried the pistachio chocolate, it was okay. Not bad at all, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was terrible, because it wasn’t. It was decent for a quick snack, but for my taste it was a little too sweet and the chocolate itself didn’t have that rich flavor I was hoping for. I’d still eat it if it was around, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it again.

"Pretty happy with my order"
Everything went smoothly, I’m happy with what I got. The site was easy enough to figure out, shipping was decent, nothing crazy — and the pistachios tasted fresh. No real complaints from me.

"Returning it was more of a hassle than..."
I sent it back already, but I still haven’t gotten my refund. The whole return process has been more frustrating than I expected, and I’m still waiting to see when they’ll actually process it.

"Souvenir selection was a letdown"
I was expecting a lot more from the souvenir options. The selection felt limited, and a lot of it was just the same basic logo items repeated in different ways. Nothing was terrible, but there really wasn’t much that felt unique or worth buying. The website itself worked fine, but the souvenirs were disappointing enough that I’d hope the company would offer some kind of compensation or make it right.

"Customer service was helpful"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed customer service about it. I wasn’t totally sure if I was overthinking it or if it was even something they could help with, but they got back to me the next day and sorted it out without making it feel like a hassle. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but they were nice the whole time. Overall, I’d say the customer service was good.

"Wish I’d checked the shipping cost first"
The product itself was good, so no complaints there. I just kind of regret not paying closer attention to the shipping cost before ordering because it ended up feeling a bit high. If the shipping were cheaper, I’d be a lot happier with the whole experience.

"I went in expecting a decent candy selection..."
I went in expecting a decent candy selection, but it was underwhelming. There weren’t many options, and a few of the things I actually wanted were out of stock. Some items looked good, but the variety just wasn’t there. Maybe they’re better for nuts, but after this visit, I don’t really trust them for candy anymore.

"Easy site, even though I’m usually loyal elsewhere"
I usually stick with another brand out of habit, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect here. The site was easy to use and straightforward to read, though. There was a small hiccup along the way, but nothing that would stop me from trying it again.

"Pretty clean overall"
I stopped by PistachioLand and thought the store was clean overall. The floors looked good, the shelves were easy to browse, and even the bathrooms were decent. I did notice a couple little spots near the sample area that could’ve used a quick wipe, but nothing that bothered me much. It was still a nice place to walk around.

"It Ended Too Soon, but Was Still Nice"
In the end, I’m glad I went, but I do wish the farm tour had been a little longer. It was nice enough and the place was pleasant to walk around, but the whole thing felt a bit rushed. I didn’t really get as much time as I hoped to take everything in

"Flavor selection was underwhelming"
I really wanted to be more excited about this, but the flavor options were kind of disappointing. The site made it sound like there would be a good variety, but that felt like one of those vague promises that doesn’t really pan out once you start looking around. A lot of the choices seemed similar, and there weren’t many that felt unique or fun. If you just want basic pistachio stuff, it’s probably fine. Shipping was okay, no real issue there, but I don’t think I’d order again unless they actually add more interesting flavors

"fun little stop on our road trip"
we stopped here during our new mexico road trip to see the giant pistachio and grab some ice cream. the staff was really nice, and the gift shop had tons of snacks and little things to browse. definitely worth a quick stop if you’re passing through.

"Quick and easy stop off the highway"
I was mostly just focused on finding a quick place to pull off, and this spot was super easy to find right from the highway. Didn’t really pay attention to much else, but for a simple stop, it was really convenient.
